DYMROS™ offers wooden home products and related accessories, including kitchen utensils, decorative objects, storage items and selected items for home and play. Descriptions, images, sizes and materials are provided to help customers make informed selections.

Colors and patterns may vary with lighting, display settings and material characteristics. Natural wood grain and tone can differ between units without necessarily constituting a defect.

3. Suitability, Safety and Care

Customers should follow the product-specific care instructions and safety warnings. Do not assume that an item is suitable for outdoor use, dishwashers, prolonged soaking, children of all ages, or direct food contact unless its listing expressly supports that use.

For items intended for children, adults should review indicated age ranges and warnings. Decorative figurines are not automatically toys.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Adding products to a cart does not reserve stock or form a completed purchase. Orders are submitted through the checkout and remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, security review and other lawful operational checks.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible and arrange the appropriate cancellation and payment reversal or refund.
